How it works

We can offer you two options to start with:

Option 1 - While browsing our catalog one of our designs caught your eye, however you wish to use a different gemstone or to change it a little to reflect the perfect piece you always dreamt of. You're basically using our design as a reference to make the changes you want.

Option 2 - If you already know how your perfect piece looks like, or maybe you found an inspiring design that you want to change to fit your vision - we can help.

Let us show you how it works, step by step:

1. Our design team will guide you to better understand your vision and translate it into a professionally designed piece of jewelry.
   
   
2. Based on the information you give us, we will craft a 3D model, send it to you for approval, as well as the price estimation for the finished piece. Steps 1-2 cost $200, non-refundable.
   
   
3. Minor cosmetic changes to the proposed model are at no extra cost. If you wish to make major changes or re-design the piece, the cost will be an extra $100.
   
   
4. Once you give us your final approval for the 3D model, we will send it to casting. Please note - Once the design is sent to casting we cannot offer any refunds, changes, or returns. The piece is made especially for you.
   
   
5. From casting the piece goes to the jewelry artisan, who prepares it for the stone setting stage.
   
   
6. Once the setting is completed, the piece is sent to the jeweler for final touch-ups and rhodium coating.
   
   
7. Then, the piece is sent for certification by one of the leading gemological labs we work with; at this stage, engraving is also possible and done by request.
   
   
8. Final step - we will gift package your new piece of jewelry and ship it to you within approx. 3 business days by DHL or FedEx.
